Hi All, I am pleased to advise that this morning’s hot tap onto the Hunua 3 Watermain at Burnside Rd was a great success. Well done to GFS for an outstanding operation! It was a very well prepared and seamless procedure that was excellently executed. Thanks also to Merrik, Wehi and the MSO Civil team who prepared and setup the contingency plan. A wonderful outcome today, well done all!

Thanks Peter your visit was much appreciated. We learned a lot and I for one feel much more confident in the day to day running of the plant. After the CIP on train 2 completed I set the other train to start the next day and that went through well too. So both trains have had CIPs now and the TMP has come down considerably. Thanks again and we will keep in touch.

Watercare were late with shutting down the plant but you got started at 10:00. 22/3/2016 ( 2 hours later programmed ) and finished and returned isolation at 08:00 23/3/2016 ( 4 hours earlier ) programmed.

In April 2021, Guaranteed Flow Systems Ltd. (GFS) was commissioned to undertake repair work to a Cyclone in the Wiri Suburb of Auckland.

The Project included high-risk activities such as working at height, confined space entry, and hotwork operations in a flammable environment.

The work was conducted utilising a well-constructed Hazard Risk Assessment and Jobs Safety Evaluation Analysis (JSEA) developed by GFS Ltd. which resulted in ZERO incidents occurring.

As a Professional Health & Safety Consultant, I was impressed with the level of detail delivered by GFS in identifying the associated hazards and risks for this Project and the workmanship and control to mitigate harm whilst the high-risk activities were being conducted.

Thank you GFS for a great job well done and the professionalism demonstrated through the associated documentation and management controls to make this Project a total success. I would not hesitate to recommend their services to any potential Clients they may have, or wish to engage in the future.
