Guaranteed Flow Systems is offering an amazing opportunity to join our high-performing team as a Pipe Fitter/Welder.

As a privately-owned New Zealand company based in Auckland, we have been operating for over 25 years and are a leading supplier and installer of water treatment, waste-water treatment, and process systems.

We pride ourselves on developing specialist expertise that is not readily available elsewhere in the local market, and we invest in our people and latest equipment to ensure that we deliver customer value through strong relationships.

This role offers an attractive hourly rate of $34 – $40 / hr with min 80 hr fortnight, and penal rates for OT, with the opportunity to work either in the workshop or in the field. You'll be working a 45-hour week from Monday to Friday, with occasional work available outside these hours. Great opportunity to earn!

To be considered for this role, you must have:

Accurate fitting and welding of pipe from drawings. Accurate fitting and welding of general fabrication. Ability to work with stainless and carbon steel. Be able to demonstrate a high level of accuracy in pipe fitting and be able to demonstrate welding to ASME IX standard. A high level of fabrication skills, a mathematical aptitude, and mechanical knowledge, be able to accurately measure from working drawings and have a strong knowledge of fabricating complex pipework spools. Additionally, you must have a clean and current driver's license, be a mentor to newer staff and apprentices and have sound and proven experience in an ever-changing environment where flexibility and adaptability are required when working within a small team.
